Wir haben sehr kurzfristig über WhatsApp angefragt. Mir wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und der Kontakt am Telefon (auf deutsch) war sehr angenehm. Aus Ermangelung einer Stretchlimousine haben wir woanders gebucht aber dennoch war der Service und die Kommunikation bis zu diesem Punkt so positiv und zuverlässig ( dies war bei anderen Anbietern leider nicht so ), dass ich eine gute Bewertung schreiben wollte. ????

I have been waiting for an invoice or receipt for my trip for more than 10 days.

Despite several promises that this will be emailed to me, this has still not arrived, and so I will not be using this service when I return to the airport.

I am seriously unimpressed with the poor quality of response.

The other issue with my trip was that the driver turned up at the airport with a higher specification of car than had been agreed by email. I was then charged the higher price when we got to the hotel. 70 euros rather than 55 euros.
